Some days ARE just like this..... so meaningful because of the human factor. I like to say " Everyday's a good day just because you woke up"..... "Tip of the iceberg" (this is a reference to your 5 most overused business phrases video) which still makes me laugh

I couldn't agree with you more. A small gesture on a random Tuesday can go a lot further than something received on a day your "supposed" to send a gift or go out of your way for someone. Good post.
